Camp Gan Israel Payment Terms and Conditions

Early Bird Discount
A discount is available for registrations completed by February 28th, 2025, at 11:59 PM

  • $200 discount for campers attending all 7 weeks.
  • $150 discount for campers attending 6 weeks.
  • $100 discount for campers attending 5 weeks.

Payment Plans
For those who would like to save full payment for a later date, we offer flexible payment plan options. Please note that all families must pay the $400 deposit at the time of enrollment. The remaining balance can be paid as follows:

  • Split payments on the 1st of the month: The remaining balance will be divided into equal payments and automatically charged to your preferred payment method (credit card or ACH) on the 1st of each month, starting March 1st, with the final payment on June 1st.

  • Split payments on the 15th of the month: The remaining balance will be divided into equal payments and automatically charged to your preferred payment method (credit card or ACH) on the 15th of each month, starting March 15th, with the final payment on June 15th.

  • Pay in Full on May 1st: Families may opt to pay the full remaining balance in one lump sum to be charged to your preferred payment method (credit card or ACH) on May 1st.

Payments
All camp fees must be paid in full by June 15th, 2025. Your preferred payment method (credit card or ACH) will be automatically charged on this date. Registrations made after June 15th, 2025, must be paid in full at the time of registration.

Fees
A one-time $150 non-refundable registration and security fee per camper will be charged at registration.

A $250 deposit, which is applied toward camp tuition, is required at registration and is non-refundable in case of cancelation.

The total payment due upon registration is $400, consisting of the $150 registration fee and $250 tuition deposit. This total is non-refundable.

Cancelation Policy
Cancelations made on or before June 1st: 100% refund (excluding non-refundable fees).
Cancelations after June 1st: 30% refund (excluding non-refundable fees).
No refunds are available for daily absences or non-refundable fees.

Late Registration or Adding/Transferring Weeks
After camp begins campers may add or transfer weeks at the discretion of the camp administration. Weekly rates will apply.
