At CGI Parkland, we believe that every child deserves the joy and growth that comes from a meaningful Jewish day camp experience. Our policy is to ensure that no child is turned away due to financial limitations. We are committed to making our programs accessible to all families who value and wish to participate in the enriching experiences CGI Parkland offers.
For families unable to pay the full fee, financial assistance may be awarded based on demonstrated need, thanks to the generous contributions of our supporters. Assistance decisions take into account both subjective and objective criteria to ensure fairness and transparency.
We also believe that ownership and pride in the camp experience are fostered when families contribute to the cost of their child's involvement. Therefore, all recipients of financial assistance will be asked to pay a portion of the program fees.
Applications for financial assistance must be completed in full and are processed in the order they are received. As our scholarship fund is limited, families are strongly encouraged to apply as early as possible. Once funds are depleted, we will no longer be able to offer assistance. The sooner a request is made, the better the chances of being considered. We encourage families to reach out with any questions or concerns during this process, as we are here to help.
