Early Bird Discount
A discount is available for registrations completed by February 28 at 11:59 PM.
- $200 discount for campers attending all 7 weeks
- $150 discount for campers attending 6 weeks
- $100 discount for campers attending 5 weeks
Payment Plans
For families who would like to save full payment for a later date, we offer flexible payment plan options. Please note that all families must pay the $400 deposit at the time of enrollment.

Your preferred payment method (credit card or ACH) will be automatically charged on the dates of the payment plan you choose.
Payments
- All camp fees must be paid in full by June 1, 2026. Any remaining family balance will be automatically charged on this date using your preferred payment method.
- Enrollments made after June 1, 2026 must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.
Fees
- A one-time $150 non-refundable registration and security fee per camper will be charged at registration.
- A $250 deposit, which is applied toward camp tuition, is required at registration and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
- The total payment due upon registration is $400, consisting of the $150 registration fee and $250 tuition deposit. This total is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made on or before June 1: 100% refund (excluding non-refundable and processing fees).
- Cancellations after June 1: 30% refund (excluding non-refundable and processing fees).
- Cancellations made once camp is in session: All refunds are issued solely at the discretion of the Camp Directors.
- No refunds are available for daily absences or non-refundable fees.
Late Registration or Adding/Transferring Weeks
After camp begins, campers may add or transfer weeks at the discretion of the camp administration. Weekly rates will apply.
